Assemblers 1st/2nd shifts $18. - $19. hr.

We are seeking experienced Electro-Mechanical (E/M) and Mechanical Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing assembly line tasks and identifying opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team to assemble complete products or components
• Participate in rotational tasks to support different production processes
• Conduct thorough quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field
• Knowledge of assembly tools and equipment
• Physical capability to handle the demands of the job
• Strong team player and ability to work well with others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Optional: Soldering experience
• Must have manual dexterity and prior experience in a manufacturing setting
