Job Description
Preferred Skills and Responsibilities:
Prepares and completes work orders by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and
parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and subassemblies.
Verifies specifications by measuring/testing completed components.
Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Performs Quality checks to verify product integrity.
Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Tube bending
Welding
Paint and paint booth experience
Ability to work independently
Able to read schematics and layout builds with little to no input from managers or engineers.
Ensure warehouse areas are clean, accessible, and safe for traffic.
Willing to paint units and crates when needed.
Able to handle multiple jobs simultaneously.
Able to fix supplier issues. effectively communicates needs from part and tool shortages.
Other duties as required
Trains new employees on assembly equipment, processes, and procedures.
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following
manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; and calling for repairs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
Verbal and written communication skills (English Required).
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move and carry up to 70 pounds.
Strong Problem-Solving Abilities
