Follow standard operating procedures for safe and efficient operation.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials used in manufacturing.
Keep records and data sheets up-to-date for materials in the production process.
Quality Control:
Perform in-process tests to ensure the products meet required specifications.
Conduct tests on parameters such as hardness, weight, variation, pH, and moisture content.
Troubleshooting:
Identify equipment malfunctions and product deficiencies.
Troubleshoot errors to maintain optimum production levels.

Follow blueprints, subassembly layouts, and schematics to operate machinery.
