Monday - Thursday 10 hour shifts.
Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment. ...

• Assembly of components including plastic parts, ball screws, gears, and motors, including final assembly
• Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
• Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process
• Align material and put together parts to build more complex units
• Check output to ensure highest quality
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all company protocols, regulations and procedures
• Follow technical instructions, interpret blueprints and drawings
• Use of hand tools and small electric screw drivers in the assembling process.
• Test finished products for defects.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• At least 2 years of previous Mechanical Assembler experience
• Technical knowledge and ability to read assembly instructions and follow standard operation procedures
• Ability in using tools and basic machinery
• Good understanding of quality control principles
• Good communication skills
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
• Works well in a fast-paced team environment
