Asphalt/Concrete Laborer

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and setup of concrete forms
- Pour and finish concrete using various techniques, such as troweling and smoothing surfaces.
- Operate concrete mixers and other equipment to mix
- Assist with the installation of concrete structures, such as sidewalks, driveways, and foundations.

-Install asphalt roadways, driveways and sidewalks.
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including heavy lifting and carrying materials.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in concrete finishing. asphalt installation or related construction work is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques, including tile laying and roof renovation.
- Ability to follow construction plans.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
