Previous Experience in all or some is preferred but we are willing to train: Asphalt Paving, Sealcoating, Roller Operated, Paver Operator
We do a lot of work on the East side of Indy, but we work all over Central/Northern Indy as well. Must have own transportation and valid drivers license as you will be driving company vehicles.
Must be hard worker, able to think quick and know next steps in the process. Must be willing to expand skills; we prefer to have same crew for both sides of the business.
We work all days of the week, including weekends but we do our best to have most weekends off. Some night work will be required, but it’s rare- typically Friday/Saturday if needed. All work is weather dependent. We are flexible if needing a day off, we just need to know ahead of time scheduling jobs. Typical season runs April-November with Winter off.
Our days vary in tasks between cleaning, crackfilling, sealcoating, Asphalt work, line striping. If you have any experience with any of this, or have a desire to learn more, please submit an app!
