Scott Paving LLC is currently searching for a full-time Asphalt Laborers to join their team in Kent, Ohio!

• Pay: $25 - $35/hour, offer dependent on position and experience

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Occasional Saturday

The right candidate will have:

• Previous experience in asphalt paving preferred
• Previous experience in labor-intensive position required
• Driver's license and safe driving record
• Current CDL is a plus
• Experience operating asphalt pavers and rollers preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter attitude and the ability to work under limited supervision

Our Asphalt Laborers will:

• Operate asphalt pavers
• Operate asphalt rollers
• Perform all roles on the asphalt crew as needed
• Read plans and specifications (application rates, grades, slope, drainage, etc.)
• Assist with daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment, trucks, and job site
• Use tools including rakes and shovels
