We are seeking full-time Asphalt and Construction Site Laborers to assist in paving operations and site work construction in Dutchess County, NY.
As an Asphalt Laborer and member of our paving crew, you will shovel and rake asphalt, run asphalt screed, and perform occasional flagging work. As a Construction Laborer and member of our site crew, you will shovel and rake stone, install drainage, water, and sewer pipe, and perform other Construction Site work.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
- Current/ recent experience in outdoor construction, or similar role
- Previous asphalt/ blacktop experience is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle to travel to job sites directly
- Physically able to work on your feet all day, outside in extreme weather conditions
- Motivated, “can-do” attitude

Pay: Mostly prevailing wage ($44+ / hour)
