Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager.
- Ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of program management principles and experience in providing administrative support to program managers.
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
- Track project progress and identify and mitigate risks
- Manage project resources.
- Communicate project status.
- Oversee the execution of project tasks and deliverables.
- Ensure that projects meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and records.
- Review project plans and schedules to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
- Oversee the execution of project tasks and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to scope.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
- PMP certification.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with international projects.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
