Have fun and get paid to have your hand in art collections that are used to develop product and packaging! This position facilitates color development of our in-house art collections and the training of our new Graphic Designers on their in-house art journey. We are looking for an individual that has an excellent eye for color and design! Additional responsibilities include administrative and design support. What you will do:
- Review final output to ensure project objectives have been met and work is consistent with art direction and Department/Corporate Brand Standards
- Execute an understanding of color composition, and Color theory
- Facilitate new hire onboarding for the in-house art development team
- Learn new techniques, tools, and technology as required
- Anticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they arise
- Consistently provide high quality work, often under the pressure of tight deadlines
