a day in the life: what you’ll do
The Art Director, Digital Brand Experience is responsible for delivering brand and product stories on our digital channels (website, app, digital retail), through the creation of world-class content. This will require an extreme attention to detail, awareness of design trends and innovation in the digital space. The content this role creates will be leveraged globally, across digital screens, category pages, product pages, and elevated guest journeys.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Create, design, and direct campaigns across digital channels that resonates with the aspirations of current and new guests, helping to define a unique and ownable position for the brand
  • Deliver new and engaging product stories with a focus on design
  • Develop global look and feel for all digital channels, including seasonal PDPs, store category pages, and retail brand screens
  • Work with our Digital Creative Director to create and refine our global digital content strategy
  • Work closely with copy partners to concept and deliver highly engaging and guest relevant messaging
  • Direct outside agencies to help develop, create and execute on creative for our digital channels qualifications
  • Have experience with art directing integrated marketing campaigns, retail and branded design projects and experiences
  • 5+ years experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team
  • Experience designing, art directing, concepting
  • Understanding of emerging platforms and new forms of content creation
  • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and more
  • Highly collaborative and cross-functional communicator
  • UI and UX experience, ideally in the lifestyle, fashion, or apparel spaces

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $101,500 - 133,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
