Armed L3 Mobile Patrol Officer - Overnights

Applicants must currently have a current Texas L3 (Armed) card **IN HAND**

APPLICANTS MUST CURRENTLY LIVE / WORK IN THE AUSTIN AREA

APPLICABLE MULTI-SITE / ONE SHIFT MOBILE PATROL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION (Previous security Mobile Patrol, ATM SERVICE / DELIVERY DRIVERS type experience is preferred)

Due to explosive growth, Ranger Protection Agency is looking for experienced Mobile Patrol security officers to join our Overnight Mobile Patrol Team.

Ranger is a "RESOLVE and Report" company, the right candidate will have a proactive attitude towards reporting and situation resolution utilizing a combination of lease violations, Criminal Trespass Warnings and utilizing our arrest authority. This position is fast paced and requires time management skill / self discipline.

For those who live within Williamson / Travis / Hays / Bastrop county, this position includes a take-home car.

The schedule is 5 nights a week, 10 hour shifts with two consecutive nights off. Weekends are required.

Potential candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must be responsible and able to conduct themselves in a professional manner
• Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
• Have a current TEXAS driver's license and clean driving history with NO INSURANCE CLAIMS
• Be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Currently hold an active Texas L3 Security license
• Have applicable security AND Mobile Patrol experience (delivery drivers, ATM servicing, etc)
• Be able to get in and out of the vehicle and walk throughout the night
• CURRENTLY live or work in or near the Austin area
