Area Supervisor Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an operational and marketing plan that adheres to policies and procedures
- Oversee the daily operations, sales, and profitability of a specific district
- Daily follow up of action plans to ensure improvements.
- Conduct regular daily am/ pm store visits to confirm stores are ready to do business on a daily basis
- Oversee training, staffing, and succession planning for all positions in the restaurants
- Review operational reports, analyze and develop an action plan to improve any areas that are not performing up to standards.
- Ensure the restaurant managers uphold the standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
- Ensure the restaurants meet or exceeds operational goals laid out in the budget which include Labor, Sales, Profit, Food Cost and all other Controllable areas.
- Verifying and approving weekly schedules
- Ensure the employee handbook and all policies and procedures are implemented and enforced
- Participate in the staffing process of General Managers
- Ensures development of Operations leaders (i.e. General Managers, and Restaurant Managers) through focus, training, motivation, establishing goals, purposeful leadership and manpower planning.
- Develop your managers to perform at the highest levels.
- Develops management personnel to achieve high level of morale and efficient use of human resources.
- Responsible for management turnover percentage, annual management reviews, and development plans for assigned region of operation.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customer relation procedures are being executed and verify that customer complaints and issues are handled appropriately
- Organize new store openings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
