A well established relocationand logistics services industry in Seattle is looking to add an experiencedArea Sales Directorto their growing team!
This globally known companyspecializes in working with clients of all sizes with their relocationmanagement, transportation, and specialized end-to-end logistics needs tocompanies across the country. In this role you would manage critical aspectsof the commercial sales department for the western region such as managing a teamof sales people and contributing to the sales growth of the company throughstrategizing business development for both current customers and prospects.

Area Sales Director Responsibilities:
- Oversee a teamof 18 salespeople within the western market (WA, CA, OR, MN) including hiringcoaching, and performance management
- Conduct weeklysales meetings, weekly 1:1’s with team, monthly and individual performancereporting and annual performance reviews
- Direct andindirect RFP support
- Develop marketstrategies based on market dynamics, branch strengths and company goals
- Develop andmaintain relationships with current customers and prospects
You will besuccessful in this role if you have a strong commercial sales background andexperience leading a team.
AreaSales Director Qualifications
- 5+ years of recentsales experience within the office moving, commercial furniture sales,commercial real estate services and/or logistics services industries
- 3+years of sales management experience
- Abilityto travel (domestic) 50% of time to assigned territory (WA, CA, OR, MN)
- Abilityto develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Bachelor’sdegree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, office hourswith the ability to attend networking events evenings/weekends on occasionwhile traveling
Compensation: $120k-$140k base +yearly bonus
