POSITION COMPENSATION: 70,000 - 90,000 (salaried)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Nights, Weekends, and Holidays -50 -55 hours weekly (Required)
Travel: Required (Multiple stores along Miami Dade/ Broward county)
Job Description
- Manages operations standards and quality control of training and teams of Mister O1 restaurants This includes the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
- Provides leadership, direction, training, and development to the managers and team members.
- Creates and maintains a "MISTER O1 EXTRAORDINARY EXCELLENCE" environment

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple Mister O1 locations in Miami
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage labor costs and optimize staffing levels
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency
- Work with the corporate office to implement national initiatives and programs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of General Managers and provide coaching and feedback
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Be able to travel around Miami Dade/ Broward county
- 2+ years experience in a F&B industry or Hospitality
- Must be passionate for customers
- Must give the extra mile every time possible
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
