MULTI-LOCATION AREA MANAGER - Hybrid role as the GM of two locations and Area Manager over two more.
Crumbl Franchisee seeking an Area Manager to take full P&L ownership of multiple locations, help build out systems and processes to ensure long term success, and drive positive and productive store culture. At our stores we work hard, have fun and are driven by results. We focus on integrity, initiative, and clear communication as we satisfy customers and develop our employees. The selected candidate will embody this culture statement as they lead the Crews of Managers, Shift Leads, Mixers and Bakers in fulfilling the Crumbl vision of bringing family and friends together over the world’s best box of cookies.
Store Ownership empowers our Store Leadership teams to take full accountability of this culture and will provide the needed support and training to do so.

Responsibilities may include:
- Establish and uphold value-driven culture amongst all Crumbl Crew members at 4 stores (8-15 employees each)
- Create and execute on systems to adhere to Crumbl core values of: Customer Experience, Cookie Quality, and Cleanliness
- Schedule staff sufficient to achieve all sales, quality and performance metrics
- Conduct daily and weekly inventory of cookies, dough and raw materials
- Lead and mentor Managers, Shift Leads and other employees as needed
- Interview candidates and make hiring decisions
- Conduct performance and development evaluations with Crew Members
- Facilitate training of all Crew members
- Become familiar with and ensure compliance with all policies in Employee Handbook and Crumbl Operations Manual
- Have ultimate accountability for all customer related issue resolution
- Manage all Crew communication through approved mobile messaging tools
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- ANSI accredited Certified Food Protection Manager certification (can obtain once hired)
- Minimum FIVE years food service experience
- Experience with cash handling management
- Experience with shift scheduling
- Minimum three years management experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Illinois driver's license with your own car
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift, carry, or push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Able to work extended hours when needed
- Able to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to follow Crumbl's high standard of food safety that requires no jewelry be worn on shift, including face and ear piercings.
It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (CBO). After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie. Today there are over 500 Crumbl locations across the country serving a rotating menu of six gourmet cookies each week with a mission of “bringing family and friends together over the world’s best box of cookies.”
