About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Area General Manager to oversee the operations of four of our hotels in the Panama City Beach area. This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the assigned hotels, setting and achieving revenue and profitability goals.
• Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and guest experiences.
• Oversee all departmental operations, including rooms, food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and front office.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, guests, owners, and vendors.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and development.
• Manage budgets and expenses effectively, ensuring financial sustainability for the assigned hotels.
• Prepare and present reports on performance metrics and key initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest experience and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. (Preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel operations, including at least 5 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and best practices.
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
• Passion for the hospitality industry.
