Salary: $60,000-$70,000

As a member of this team, you will be collaborating in a group of architects, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, structural engineers, designers, and drafters. You will be celebrated for your excellent communication skills and your ability to handle many projects and lots of moving parts.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3–5 years of post-graduate experience in architecture or related position.
- Experience with US Department of Veterans Affairs and/or federal agencies preferred.
- Requires U.S. Citizenship and may require a security clearance.
- Be self-motivated, able to perform and solve problems independently, and take the initiative to make sound decisions with minimal oversight.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in applicable design software i.e., AutoCAD, BIM/Revit etc. and functional in MS Office Suite including Project, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Sketch-up, and other design and project scheduling software.
Major Duties:
- Performs redline changes and revisions.
- Assists in the streamlining of the architectural design process from conceptual design through overall completion of projects.
- Works with a Licensed Architect to prepare architectural drawings utilizing AutoCAD and Revit
- Assists in performing basic analysis of design, planning and occupancy studies, design layouts, and construction details.
- Assists in researching, gathering, and recording information for use in writing specifications.
