- Licensed Architect, with ability to obtain a Washington State license within three months of beginning employment.
- Two or more years of professional experience as a licensed architect - Six or more years of professional experience working in the architectural field.
- AutoCAD proficiency in 2D drafting.
- Ability to independently create construction documentation & specifications, permit projects, and manage bidding.
- Working knowledge of project management, including scheduling, budgeting, & construction administration.
- Ability to effectively lead design & construction meetings
- Work with employees / clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Experience managing multiple projects / responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Current driver's license or ability to obtain driver's license within one month of beginning employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of project management experience in a college/university, project management of public works projects, or similar public sector experience.
- 3D modeling proficiency in Sketchup, Revit, or Autocad.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Project, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of AiM, eBuilder, or related project management software.
- LEED certification
$6,260 - $ 8,933/month depending on qualifications and experience.
