Archer Regional Sales Manager - Remote Kansas

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Talent management: Hiring quickly and successfully, developing reps into high performers, quickly diagnosing what and how to coach up low performers.
  • Accurate forecasting for current quarter and 4 rolling out quarters.
  • Identify and develop sales account manager talent on your team to meet and exceed expansion (cross-sell, upsell) quota.
  • Command of your reps' and district's execution of performance metrics, which are leading and lagging indicators to ensure successful revenue growth in out quarters.
  • Accountable for your region's customer health by maintaining relationships key business, and leading your reps and other resources to maintain and grow adoption of the product.
  • Facilitate strong working relationships with channel and alliance partners.
  • Capable of presenting effectively to C-suite executives and maintaining relationships with senior customer leaders Manage and lead in the field: expect 30-50% travel to coach reps-in-action.
  • Demonstrate continuous team performance improvement ("1% better every day" is our mantra) Lead your team from the front with adoption and use of Go-To-Market tools such as Clari, 6 Sense, and SalesLoft Self-sufficient with Salesforce reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the Archer product and services portfolio, to guide sales reps in identifying sales plays and markets for upsells and cross sales.
  • Demonstrates continuous upskilling of risk, compliance, audit, ESG, cyber risk, vendor risk, business continuity market understanding.
  • Coach to develop and inspire your team of sales reps in the following areas: Command of the existing customer's business issues, organization, and use of Archer Strategic enterprise sales skills that result in expanding and growing use of Archer's broad portfolio of risk solutions at F500 companies IRM domain skill.
  • Product and service offering knowledge, and firm understanding what business issues and problems we solve across the breadth of our Archer portfolio.
  • Result-driven mindset with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets as a 1st line sales leader.
  • Strong collaborative team player (part of our culture and values) with your peer Regional Sales Managers and other cross-functional colleagues.
  • Self-starter, and willing to try new approaches to meet a goal. Comfortable in leading during company and sales transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrates strategic enterprise selling skills, including pricing strategies and negotiation.

Education & Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience as a dedicated Sales Manager at a multi-solution B2B enterprise software company, with strong preference for SaaS software platform experience.
  • Demonstrated achievement in enterprise software/IT sales with diverse responsibilities as both "best in class" and growth stage companies.
  • Strong preference for those with experience working with the northeast U.S. and Canadian based F500 organizations, especially those highly regulated and/or publicly traded.
