Job Description
How You'll Make an Impact
- Produce, distribute, and track customer invoices each month.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve invoice issues/discrepancies.
- Accurately process and post customers payments made via check, credit card or ACH/wire.
- Communicate with Sales and Customer Experience departments regarding customer inquiries.
- Closely monitor the aging summary of Accounts Receivable for past due payments, and assist with collection notifications as necessary.
- Process Accounts Payable on a weekly basis and manage vendor database.
- Assist with other duties assigned by management.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Tech savvy - Comfortable navigating between multiple software platforms and able to learn other software packages rapidly.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
