We are seeking an Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Specialist, who will be responsible for invoicing and communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong Accounts Receivable track record, be detail-oriented and have strong teamwork and communication skills. 
 How You'll Make an Impact
  • Produce, distribute, and track customer invoices each month.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve invoice issues/discrepancies.
  • Accurately process and post customers payments made via check, credit card or ACH/wire.
  • Communicate with Sales and Customer Experience departments regarding customer inquiries.
  • Closely monitor the aging summary of Accounts Receivable for past due payments, and assist with collection notifications as necessary.
  • Process Accounts Payable on a weekly basis and manage vendor database.
  • Assist with other duties assigned by management.
Who You Are
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Tech savvy - Comfortable navigating between multiple software platforms and able to learn other software packages rapidly.
Experience You Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency in MS Excel 
Not Required, but Nice to Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
**Must be able to come into our ATL office 3 days a week**
