RDR Utility Services Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our administrative team. This full-time position is based at our home office in Clarksburg, WV.
Job Description:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and collecting customer receivables, recording and applying customer payments, reconciling customer accounts, assisting the Billing Manager with customer billing, and reviewing customer credit history to set credit limits.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role, be familiar with accounting software, possess knowledge of A/R processes, and be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
Setting:
This position is based in an office setting, providing a professional and collaborative work environment.
Schedule:
The standard work schedule for this position is an 8-hour workday, with an expected 40-hour work week.
