Job Description:
- Our client is looking for an organized, motivated, and highly detail-oriented AR Operations Analyst - Billing for its Accounting team.
- The Analyst will perform a key role in managing the daily responsibilities of our billing team.
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
- This role requires excellent organization, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while maintaining accountability and working with tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- AR Operations Analyst creates Invoices & credit memo requests in our ERP system Oracle.
- Assist with other entities' Invoicing as needed.
- Conduct account research and analysis on errors.
- Work closely with Stakeholders to ensure data is received on a timely basis.
- Assist with audit-related questions and SOX workbooks.
- Other AR-related projects that arise.
Required Experience And Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-2+ years of AR/Billing experience in a similar high-growth environment
- Oracle GL Accounting system experience (or similar ERP)
- Experience managing a high volume of multiple billing types including usage-based and revenue deferrals
- Billing for international entities
- Tax-related billing experience
- Very strong Microsoft Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables, etc.) and experience working with large amounts of data
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are a must
Note:
- The candidate can be located anywhere US remotely.
- Need to support Pacific hours 8-5 or 9-6 Pacific.
- Manual tasks
- Needs to have overall billing experience
- Detail-oriented - needs to work in a fast-paced environments
- Need to change and be adaptable to changing requests, patience, even-keeled
- Work with urgency for month close
- Keep internal partners accountable and organized(previous experience)
- Know and understand escalation points
- 2+ years experience
- Oracle Excel uploads to ERP Mapping
