About Us:

FAMA Music Academy by Delta C Holdings is a startup is a music business consulting firm dedicated to empowering independent artists and musicians to succeed in the competitive music landscape. We provide personalized consulting services, and educational programs to help artists navigate the complexities of the music business and achieve their career goals at an affordable price with payment plans.

As a Latin A&R Music Talent Scout, you will be responsible for scouting and recruiting 3-5 talented artists per month to join our music business program. You will leverage your industry knowledge, network, and passion for music to identify promising artists and introduce them to our services. This is a $50.00 commission per enrollment-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Scout and discover talented artists through various channels, including social media, live performances, music platforms, and industry events.
• Build and maintain relationships with artists, managers, producers, and other industry professionals to expand your network and source potential talent.
• Pitch and promote our music business program to artists, emphasizing the benefits and value of our services in advancing their careers.
• Guide artists through the enrollment process, providing information, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled artists, facilitating communication and coordination between artists and our consultants.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging artists, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Track and report your scouting activities, artist interactions, and enrollment progress to monitor performance and measure success.

• Passion for music and a genuine interest in discovering and supporting talented artists.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with artists and industry professionals.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our music business program.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to scouting and recruiting talent.
• Previous experience in Talent Scouting, artist management, A&R, or related roles.
• Access to reliable internet connection and communication tools for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Must be able to Speak Spanish.
• Must be able to commute to our office in Time Square.
