Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Associate Relations, Labor Relations, and Human Resources teams as it relates to providing data driven support that is managed, secured, shared, documented, and audited, through a quality assurance lens, to better support business decisions and outcomes to key stakeholders. In this role you will be providing stakeholders with accurate data and trends to become more pro-active to improve the Lowe's associate experience. You will be expected to assist in improving the associate experience through collaboration with the end users of Associate Relations owned processes through problem solving in process creation to improve data through audits, reporting, and partnerships to ensure accuracy. This role partners closely with various levels of leaders and lines of business across the organization and will report to the Associate Relations Governance & Compliance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Understanding of AR/HR process and systems including the ability to navigate and audit.
• Responsible for all data and trends, along with a qualify review, for the AR team/HR field team which consists of supporting but is not limited to the following groups: AR complex team, AR Operations, Labor Relations, and field HR.
• With oversight from AR Governance Manager, create data reports, executes data and trend presentations, data accuracy improvement, and streamlining data processes to better support the associate experience.
• With oversight from AR leadership, provides feedback on case management, improving overall governance of the data that is collected to improve total reporting and analytics that is provided to Senior Leadership and other stakeholders.
• Partners with various business leaders to build strong partnerships and develop proactive positive associate relations strategies that drive business objectives.
• Cultivates and maintains trusted and productive relationships with human resources, legal, business operations leaders, etc., across the company.
• Create process in workflow controls to help ensure the accuracy of outcomes and processes as it relates to business and system changes
• Establish a proactive approach to mitigating compliance and governance around AR/HR processes and implementing controls to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
• Communicate feedback, findings, and recommendations concisely to all levels of associates both verbally and in written form.
• Creating and editing knowledge base articles clearly and concisely when applicable to process change.
• Support various projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent number of years of experience
• 5 years experience
 
in an HR Generalist, Associate Relations or a related role conducting complaint investigations related to Federal, State, Local employment, and labor laws in an HR Generalist, Associate Relations or a related role conducting complaint investigations related to Federal, State, Local employment, and labor laws
• 2 years understanding of HR Processes and systems, including an audit process
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing structures and priorities while balancing multiple issues at one time
• Experience in a fast paced and thriving environment, think critically/strategically, and being extremely detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to establish trust and credibility
• Able to work effectively at all areas within the organization
• Excellent program facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual English & Spanish

Pay Range for CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA: $68,400.00 - $114,000.00 annually
