A reputable St. Louis company is seeking a highly organized and customer-service minded AR Billing Clerk who will collaborate closely with management and office staff to secure revenue and maintain financial controls.

AR Billing Clerk job highlights:

• $22.00 / hour

• Reconcile and post payments to accounts receivable ledger or accounting spreadsheet

• Collect on accounts by sending bill reminders and communicating with customers via phone, email, fax, and/or mail

• Match invoices to purchase orders or other applicable documentation for verification prior to payment

• Prepare cash and check payments for bank deposits, issue customer statements, aging reports, and other operating statements

What we look for in AR Billing Clerks:

• Two or more years of experience in an accounting or finance setting

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and software

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Self-motivated with efficient problem solving skills
