The Aquatics Lead position with British Swim School is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the aquatics program and customer service interactions. Priorities include ensuring the British Swim School program is delivered according to brand and safety standards, instructor team management, initial and ongoing training, customer conversations as well as teaching lessons.

- Onboard and manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily aquatics and service operations.
- Manage employee schedules.
- Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur.
- Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching children.
- Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications (may be obtained during training).
