Form of workCitibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Jacksonville, Florida location.
Duties: Provide software design and technical oversight for development teams working in retail and branded cards servicing platforms. Provide technical leadership and drive delivery results which includes expertise with application development methodologies and standards for program design, coding, quality, and implementation. Provide guidance on architecturally significant efforts during the preplanning phase and ensure principles and best practices are followed prior to initiation of work. Monitor and evaluate product roadmaps including impacts to support upcoming journeys. Utilize JavaScript, Angular JS, Node, Spring, Microservices, REST/JSON, JAVA8, HTML5, Chordiant, Oracle SQL, Chordiant Decision Management and API management tools to deliver business requirements. Implement Cisco APIs for voice calls in softphone and NICE Connect APIs for Voice Call Recording. Work with CI/CD frameworks and tools including Jenkins, RLM, and Bitbucket to deliver business requirements and drive automation. Migrate applications from monolithic systems into an ecosystem of Microservices and deploying in cloud environments including PCF and OpenShift. Provide long-term perspective for business and technology choices using technical judgment to vet architecture as required. Identify technical risks and plan contingency and mitigation actions. Track the EOL (End of Life), EOVS (End of Vendor Support) timelines of the software and remediate them within the CAP (Corrective Action Plan) duration. Adopt agile deliverable models in each release to improve the release time. Provide training and mentoring to the team members. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Developer, Architect, Systems Analyst, or a related position involving application development in banking domain. 5 years of experience must include: Java/JEE, JavaScript, Chordiant, Angular, Node, Spring, Microservices, REST/JSON, API management; Code Automation, code performance, unit testing, CI/CD frameworks; Jenkins, RLM, Bitbucket, JIRA, Agile; PCF, OpenShift; and Oracle RDBMS, MS SQL.
