We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Carpenter Apprentice. As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced carpenters to learn and develop your skills in various aspects of carpentry. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials
- Assist with concrete forming and pouring
- Install and assemble fixtures, cabinets, doors, and windows
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Apply plaster or other materials to walls, ceilings, or surfaces
- Restore and repair damaged structures or fixtures
- Assist with construction estimating and material ordering
Experience:
- Previous experience working with power tools is preferred
- Familiarity with concrete forming methods is beneficial
- Experience in framing is desired
- Ability to read and understand blueprints is required
- Knowledge of trim & finish work is desired
- Basic understanding of construction estimating principles is a plus
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
