Appointment Setter/Sales

Overview:

Join our team as a Lead Engagement Specialist, where your primary role will be to initiate contact with a niche segment of leads in the real estate market, including individuals considering selling their own homes (FSBO), owners of expired listings, individuals facing pre-foreclosures, and revisiting past leads. Your goal will be to secure appointments for our real estate agents, employing your persuasive communication skills and deep understanding of market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to a targeted group of leads to explore their interest in our real estate services.
• Tailor your approach to suit the unique circumstances and concerns of each lead category, building rapport and trust through knowledgeable and empathetic communication.
• Coordinate with our real estate professionals to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless transition for leads willing to explore our services further.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM system, contributing to our strategic lead management efforts.
• Aim to achieve and surpass specific goals related to the number of calls, successful appointments set, and the overall impact on our sales funnel.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $15 per hour, recognizing the foundational role of engaging and qualifying leads.
• Appointment Incentive: Earn a $100 bonus for each successful appointment that leads to an in-person consultation with our agents, highlighting the value of your contributions to the team's success.
• Performance Bonus: Receive a 5% commission on sales generated from your appointments, after deducting expenses, as a reward for your direct role in driving business growth.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, comfortable managing large volumes of data and following up systematically.
