Duties:
- Answering & screening phone calls
- Receiving inbound leads and following up to schedule warm prospects
- Scheduling appointments
- Confirming sales calls
- Handle mail & receive small shipments (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
Requirements:
- Pleasant voice and jovial disposition with great phone skills and manners
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
- Good sense of time management
- Experience in customer service
- Great typing skills
- Great email skills
