Direct Fence Distributors located in Carlstadt NJ Is seeking a motivated, organized fast paced Appointment Scheduler

Job Description:

The Residential Fence Scheduler plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient scheduling of residential fence estimates.

Required Tasks:

· Schedule fence estimate appointments for potential customers by coordinating with the sales team and considering the availability of estimators.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for fence consultations.

· Communicate with potential customers to gather information about their fencing needs, answer questions, and provide information about the estimate process.

· Communicate with residential customers to understand their fencing needs, preferences, and scheduling preferences.

· Create and manage a schedule for fence estimates, taking into account customer timelines and sales team availability.

· Maintain accurate records of scheduled estimate appointments, including customer contact information, project details and estimate requirements.

· Maintain and update the scheduling calendar to ensure that appointments are organized and efficient.

· Generate reports on scheduled appointments, cancellation rates, and other relevant data to help management make informed decisions.

· Assist with digital marketing campaigns to make sure they are performing effectively.
