Responsibilites expected of the Position:
- Schedule and confirm homeowners appointments and crews; using our data base.
- Notating any conversations with the homeowner or about the job or supplying in the homeowner file using the company provided data base.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls of new, future or past estimates to be set.
- Daily filing of the homeowners, receipts, contracts and cost analysis updated daily.
- Assist with estimates when needed and scheduleing of homeowners contracts.
- Maintain labor calculations of crews on jobsites and update daily on cost analysis.
Skills Required to Obtain Postion:
- Proficiency in computer skills including typing, using email, word, joist and possibly
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a medical office setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
