Excellent candidates will exhibit skills of organization, problem-solving, cheerful and diplomatic customer service, and the ability to schedule appointments for existing and new customers.
Candidates will also have computer and software knowledge to navigate our specific software system and database for appointment setting, scheduling, and uncommitted order processing. Candidates will be a liaison between customers and the field personnel. Lastly, candidates must be a team player, work interdependently, and be teachable and coachable.
Hours are from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and some weekends
Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
