Job Purpose
-To ensure clients receive care in an integrated health care setting
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Manages the waiting room at all times to ensure that all clients are checked on for their needs and checked-in for their appointments
· Courteously answers all telephone calls and courteously received individuals as they enter the building, checking them in if they have an appointment with a provider
· Makes appointments for clients when needed
· Completes admissions paperwork on new clients when needed
· Properly manages practitioner/therapist scheduling
· Checks treatment plans etc. prior to making appointments
· Makes reminder phone calls daily for next day’s schedule
· Collects fees as required
· Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
-High School Diploma
-Proficiency in Computer Skills ( MS Word, Electronic Medical Records, e-mail)
-Customer Service Skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24,960.00 per year
