- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience preferred.
- 5+ Years development experience designing and building document/records/content management solutions.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Legal Permanent Resident.
- Eligible for U.S. Government Clearance.

- Knowledge of working with PDF transformation services.
- Scanning and Imaging Configuration.
- xPlore Full Text Indexing.
- System Migrations/Data Migrations.
- System Upgrades.
