Application Programmer III - "React / .NET SME"

**No C2C - Corp to Corp, No 1099, No W9**
**100% Remote in Overland Park, KS until "return to office" (RTO) order, then Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday “in the office” with Monday and Friday as remote.
**Second preference is Jacksonville, FL, third preference is Atlanta, GA, and for Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA locations, candidate must be able to work Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday “in the office” with Monday and Friday as remote**
The Applications Programmer III works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural standards. Involved in the full systems life cycle, design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring and product evaluation. Has a solid understanding of systems analysis, design, development, and quality assurance and integration methodologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience in programming/systems analysis required
- 6+ years of experience as expert-user of React and .NET 6 required
- 6+ years of experience as expert-user of C#, ASP.NET, and MVC/ Web APIs required
- Must have experience using Azure DevOps Suite
- Must have experience with SQL, preferably SQL Server
- Must have experience with GIT, and Material-UI
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides .NET & React design development of projects involving application development, migrations, and additions to existing applications.
- Develop software solutions within the Data & Analytics group for the real estate industry, associates, brokerages, and individual agents
- Implement new features, fix bugs, collaborate with others to determine a projects software design, its user experience, and level of effort
- Ability to work with server-side code written in C# using MVC or Web API, must be able to trouble-shoot 15-year-old code
- Assess and develops design requirements for project and communicates in writing or in meetings with development team while assessing detailed specifications against design requirements.
- Review application in progress of development to ensure compliance with overall design parameters and corporate development standards.
- Develop and/or reviews development of test protocols for testing applications before user acceptance.
- May serve as technical lead, architect, project lead or principal developer, review test results and directs further development.
EDUCATIONAL GUIDELINES
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
