Job Description
This is a full-time onsite role based in the Northwest portion of the Twin Cities. All candidates must be authorized to work directly for Cross Talent Solutions or our clients. Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available for this position.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing software systems using Visual Basic
Assist in the development and maintenance of new and existing automation projects requiring software/hardware integration
Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand their needs and develop software solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
Provide training and support to users of manufacturing software systems
Stay up-to-date on the latest Visual Basic technologies and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. A degree Engineering or Computer Science or Related
Expertise in electronic or electro-mechanical product design and manufacturing.
Experience developing and maintaining Visual Basic software applications in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of technologies and software like VBA for AutoCAD, ObjectARX, MS Access ODBC, Epson SPEL + and Arduino
