Application Consultant

Job description

The Application Consultant role is primarily focused on training and implementing solutions surrounding the ConnectWise stack of tools such as Manage, Automate, and Sell. The AC has demonstrated mastery in one or more of those tools and strong aptitude for operational consulting. The AC must be able correlate tool functionality with operational weaknesses to design and implement quantifiably better solutions for clients. This role enjoys a high level of autonomy with an extremely high expectation of adherence to all company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of verifiable and successful consulting experience within the ConnectWise stack
• 5 years of work experience in an IT Solution Provider or internal IT department environment with deep reliance on ConnectWise tools
• Ability to pass any ConnectWise exam related to the AC's subject matter expertise.
• Ability to sit at a desk for 60 minutes uninterrupted.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and carry at least 20 pounds.
• Ability to travel 10% of time.
• Ability to travel on commercial flights.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• BHB paid first paycheck of the month for previous month
