Job Title:Appliance Delivery Driver

Job Duties:

• Plan and execute delivery activities including preparing delivery loads of appliances
• Follow planned delivery routes and schedule to remain timely to customers
• Responsible for unloading, some installing, and checking appliances and store equipment
• Responsible for the cleanliness and standard maintenance of delivery vehicles,
• Observes safety procedures regarding Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
• Helps homeowners troubleshoot some questions or concerns
• Maintains cleanliness and respect in customer homes

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 40 hours per week (Average 45 to 48 hours per week)
• Monday - Friday schedule
• Physically able to move large, bulky and/or oversized appliances and merchandise into customer home
• May require prolonged standing, lifting, sitting, and other activities as job requires.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record - DOT requirements will need to be followed

Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications:

• Applicants be at least 21 years of age
• Experience operating forklift/ tow motor
• Experience performing in-home delivery
• Retail and/or customer service experience
