Apple Technician

4 Corner Resources is currently seeking (2) Apple Technicians for one of our clients in Orlando, FL in Technology industry! This opening is fully onsite in Orlando, FL, and is a contract-to-hire position. If you are a motivated and aspiring IT Professional looking for an entry-level position, please apply!
Pay: up to $16/hr. based on experience
Hours: M-F, (2) openings for 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)
Quality Repair Technician Requirements:

• Clear background
• CompTIA A+ certified preferred
• Technical skills
  • Understands Diagnostics and troubleshooting fundamentals.
  • Hardware repair fundamentals
  • General software troubleshooting skills
  • Basic networking skills
  • Able to navigate OS platforms - Windows 8, Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016
• Able to work in a collaborative environment.
• Customer Service skills
• Great communication skills in English, writing and speaking.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with daily quota.
• Comfortable doing work outside of standard IT. For example, cleaning the warehouse, breaking down boxes, moving carts around etc.
• *Please note this individual will be lifting on a consistent basis at minimum 50 LBS*
• *Capable of sitting up to 5-6 hours a day.*

Preferred Quality Repair Technician Experience:

• Desktop, Laptop, and Printer repair skills
• Understanding fundamentals of Imaging (OS)
• Ticketing and asset tracking knowledge
• Offsite related repairs
• Understands workflows – Supply chain environment.
• Have experience in Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Server 2008 R2, Server 2012, Server 2016, Server 2019
• Flexible and adaptable
• Understands the fundamentals of computer deployments.
• Hardware experience OEM platform
  • Dell, Client, Apple, Lexmark, or Lenovo
