App - Hospitalist - Corewell Health South

Corewell Health South is seeking a full-time swing shift (12p-12a) nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our Hospitalist Team. Desire individuals who are patient-centered and team-oriented.
The Hospitalist Team provides 24/7 inpatient coverage at Lakeland Medical Center, St. Joseph and Lakeland Hospital, Niles. Block-style schedule with providers rotating seven (7) consecutive days on followed by seven (7) days off. Additional shifts are from 8:00am to 8:00pm, and 8:00pm to 8:00am. Epic electronic health record is used for documentation.
Team includes adult medicine physicians and advanced practitioners, including dedicated nocturnists. Procedures available but not required. No intubation or vent management. Lakeland Medical Center has a closed, 18-bed ICU and 12-bed progressive care unit with 24/7 intensivist coverage. A variety of sub-specialists available for referrals and collaboration opportunities on patient care.
