Job description

Sr Lead Systems Analyst
As a Systems Analyst on the team, you will be encouraged to quickly gain understanding of all the components of our applications and will work with the team to deliver outstanding customer experience solutions and provides technical expertise on IT service operations, practices and costs for a large client or a client group.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Facilitating flow of requirements from the business to the technology team
  • Take ownership and accountability for figuring out what needs to be done.
  • Working closely with the IT & Business teams to deliver solution design documents and requirements. Partner closely with technical teams supporting data movement, application development and testing. Diligently support and lead where needed various activities between the teams to ensure the business and technical requirements and objectives are met. Ensure appropriate project documentation is compiled and proper review and approvals from respective teams as gathered and collated.
  • Understand Domain driven design (DDD), API platforms, and establish customer view for OMNI Channel API layers & Microservices.
  • Understand and translate business goals into API(s)
  • Ensure solutions are reviewed and aligned with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Leverage analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills that resulted in an outcome.
  • Understanding of Customer journeys and finance domain knowledge a plus

Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in system analysis and design

Desired:
  • 2+ years' experience in system analysis and design of Digital products, eCommerce, and FinTech Integration
  • Savvy and working experience in latest Digital Technologies in one or more areas including Web, Mobile, Event Streaming, Application Programming Interface (API) and Cloud technologies.
  • Working closely with an engineering team to have clear communication channels, strong relationships, and partners. Ensure the team understand and build the product that Digital Channels have in mind.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill
  • Proficient in software development life cycle (SDLC) - including requirement analysis, preparing high-level program technical specifications after analyzing business requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation and troubleshooting in various capacities ranging from Team Member to a Project Leader under tight deadlines
  • A proactive self-starter who can work well as part of a team, as well as independently
  • Financial Services experience preferred
  • Extensive working experience in (enterprise scaled) Agile development methodology, Kanban, and Scrum, particular with SAFe with Program Incremental (PI) and Agile release Train (ART).

Base Pay Range: $109,000/yr. - $181,700/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
