Apartment Property Manager

Global Health Link provides a variety of 245D services, Housing stabilization services, ICS apartments, ARMHS, PCA services, and Assisted Living services to individuals that receive waiver benefits through Medical Assistance. We also have additional services such as 24 hr crisis line, Supported Employment, Positive Supports, and Relocation Services. Global Health Link is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of leasing and management of apartment complexes. This building is located in St. Paul and will have and ICS (Integrated Community Supports) Program within the building ran by a Program Manager. This role is for the other 30+ units outside of this program in the building.

***Urgently Hiring Experienced Property Manager***

Duties include:
To manage on-site operations, including, but not limited to, the following:

· Greets all visitors, Answers incoming calls, makes appointments, shows apartments, takes and verifies applications to completion.

• Maintain accurate knowledge of apartment availability, rates and community features.
• Prepares and maintains resident files and relevant paperwork, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all paperwork and documentation
• Keeps resident listings up-to-date.
• Coordinate Renovation projects
• Work with outside vendors

· Completes process for lease signings and follows through with all appropriate paperwork.

• Conducts market surveys
• Plan and coordinate resident events/functions.
• Address the concerns of current and prospective residents in a friendly, timely, and professional manner and direct pertinent issues and matters to the Operations Manager
• Helps set the standard on how other staff members engage prospective and current residents.
• Works closely with all Team Members to meet resident service needs individually and as a group.

· Keeps management office and all common areas of the community neat and clean at all times.

• Responsible for rent collection, striving for zero delinquency and ensures accuracy and timeliness of bank deposits, and computer data.

Must Have Basic Maintenance Experience

Qualifications:
Proven experience as Property Manager in a variety of settings (property management, real estate or other business) or as a senior manager in a high-growth company.
