Part-Time Apartment Manager Needed in Bisbee, Arizona; Monday-Friday flexible set hours between 8 am and 5 pm. NO PREVIOUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Just a good knowledge of office work and computer experience!
Applicant must be a self-starter with excellent computer skills and communication. Must be able to shift gears and willing to tackle many tasks. Looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized and the ability to work indendendtly.
Manager Responsibilities:
- Collect rent on time.
- Processing Applications.
- Communicate effectively with residents.
- Oversee maintenance.
- Enforce Property Rules and Regulations.
- Ensure all paperwork is in place.
- Assist maintenance with cleaning vacant units.
Manager Qualifications:
- Must have good Computer Skills
- Have Office Experience (3 year minimum)
- Bookkeeping (rents and deposits)
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to pass Assessment Tests
Work 24 hours per week Monday through Friday. Monthly Salary = $1,925
