Apartment Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment community. The Apartment Manager will be responsible for maintaining the property, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates. ```Responsibilities```
- Manage all aspects of the apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
-Over see screening and process rental applications, including conducting background checks and verifying income
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and preparing lease agreements
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee maintenance requests and ensure that repairs are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including rent payments and expenses
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and minimize vacancy periods
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends and adjust rental rates accordingly

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in property management or a related field
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., OneSite)
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Familiarity with facilities management principles
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
