Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
- Supervise contractors or external service providers when necessary.
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in supervising maintenance operations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic welding skills for minor repairs or modifications.
- Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
