Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- 2+ years’ experience in maintenance
- 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- CPO certification preferred but not required
- Boilers class 1, 2 or special is strongly preferred but not required
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
