Adams LaSalle offers our Full-time employees medical, dental, vision, life and Aflac insurance along with PTO and paid holidays. We are seeking an outgoing experienced Apartment Leasing Specialist to join our staff in north Houston, TX.

The Leasing Specialist has primary marketing responsibilities as it pertains to interfacing with prospective residents at the community, handling day-to-day issues with current residents, and coordinating the renewals of existing leases.

Essential functions for this position include but are not limited to:

• Providing excellent service to all residents, prospects and visitors to the community.
• Effectively leasing apartments in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Completing and explaining lease applications to prospects
• Following Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Offering ideas and Conducting outside marketing.
• Being willing and able to work weekends, events and some holidays.
• Being an Independent worker as well as a team member
• Proposing, organizing and working resident events
• Helping to make the community feel welcoming and like home

• Must have a positive can do attitude
• Must have a professional appearance
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Must have at least 1 year experience in apartment Leasing.
• Must be organized, detailed and thorough with an ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
• Must be customer service focused
• Must have excellent listening skills
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment with different personalities
• Must have office skills
• Must be able to stand for an hour or longer
• Must be able to walk stairs multiple times a day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 43 per week
