Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for a beautiful new community in Phoenix. This is a lease-up position for a fast-paced environment, so at least 1 year of previous on-site Apartment Leasing experience is needed. Qualified candidates strive to promote the value and quality of living offered to future residents and maintain current residents' satisfaction, exceeding expectations whenever possible.
You will be the first point of contact with future residents, current residents, vendors and associates. This applicant will tour, qualify, and sell the property’s features to future residents, as well as manage the leasing, closing, and move-in process with our new residents.
Other Job Responsibilities:
v Respond to internet leads, answer phone inquiries, and conduct property tours.
v Handle all walk-ins, online leads, and other potential sales opportunities in a timely manner.
v Filing leases, completed work orders, and any other documents.
v Identify residents’ needs and strive to quickly resolve them.
Job Requirements:
v Excellent communication and time management skills
v Must be computer-savvy and familiar with Yardi, CRM, Knock, and/or Appfolio software
v At least 1 year of on-site experience working in residential property management as a Leasing Consultant
v Certified in Arizona Fair Housing
v Great attitude, flexibility, and professional presentation
